3. New Year Set special price purchase privilege is for Switch-Network customers via dtac online store only (datc Servuice Center does not participate in this privilege). We reserve the right to cancel, change, transfer or cash exchangeable.

4.All purchases of iPhone 12 all models with Switch-Network via dtac online store, the iPhone 12 device will be delivered free of charge nationally, within the next working day after successful Switch-Network and payment, to registered address (delivery date may be changed if customers change product delivery address). The given accessories comprise of USB-C adaptor, MagSafe charger or MagSafe clear case will be delivered along with iPhone 12 devices for all successful and complete orders.
5. For receipt/ tax receipt regarding Shop Dee Mee Keun tax reduction campaign, customers must successfully switch the Network within 30 December 2020 (last working date of NBTC) and complete payment within 30 December 2020.
5.1 Any change on receipt/ tax receipt details or dates would incur changes for new receipt/ tax receipt issuance dates for the next cycle. This may affect customers’ submission of Shop Dee Mee Keun campaign.
6. FINN MOBILE customers are not eligible for this campaign.
7. One privilege to one National ID for one device. Privilege is not transferable to others.
8. One number for one privilege. The number receiving device purchase privilege must be Switch-Network-Same-Number only.
9. After successful Network switching, customers must switch to dtac SIM right away for SMS notification and dial for privilege along with advanced payment on monthly service fee at dtac online store within 7 days after successful Network switching.
10.Customers will receive dtac GO monthly package as beginning packager per ordered device’s price.
11. In case of customers transfer, change or cancel services before mandate expiry date, the Company reserves the right to recall discount amount for 12-month contract as 6,000 THB fine (VAT included).
12. For the case that received discount less than aforementioned amount, the Company reserves the right to pose a fine equal to received discount amount.
13. The Company reserves the right to provide no warranty to giveaways and cannot change privilege conditions or exchangeable to cash.
14. Certain colors have limited stock and prices may be changed without prior notice, kindly check at your retail locations again.
15. dtac online store reserves the payment to only participating banks’ debit and credit cards. No cash payment is accepted for this campaign.
16. dtac online store reserves the right to cancel/ revoke on fraud purchases without notice or official fraud evidence.
17. The Company reserves the right to cancel, adjust and change once customer confirms device purchase with all model, capacity and color details. Customers must comply to all Company’s terms and conditions.
18. If purchased device is found to be defected before usage or unable to be switched on, please notify our staffs immediately or contact nearby dtac Service Center and bring defected device including receipt within 7 days after device receiving date. Defects must not be from usage and under defect guarantee coverage.
19. Aftersales service and product warranty begins from the successful order and payment date, specified in the receipt sent along with devices. Warranty time period and conditions will vary based on device types identified on dtac online store product page. Customers would have read and accepted these details already.
20. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust this promotion including terms and conditions without prior notice. Such changes will be considered that customers are acknowledged and willing to comply once there is a notification via Service Provider’s website or any other communication channel.
23. Customers are willing for Service Provider [or the Company] to disclose, send and/or transfer personal data to external parties for product delivery objectives according to dtac website’s Privacy P2licy.
23. Customers are willing for Service Provider [or the Company] to contact for promotional campaigns and privileges via customers’ given email address or any other communication channel provided to Service Provider.
Dtac online store aftersales service and product warranty
1. iPhone warranty period is according to manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions for device and given accessories which is 1 year from purchase date shown on receipt.
2. If there is any defect caused by delivery process, please contact our staffs immediately and bring device and receipt to nearby dtac Service Center within 10 days from the date of purchase shown on receipt. Defects must be a result of usage and must be under warranty terms and conditions. Device must not be turned on, placing SIM card or had used internet. For the device that has been used or activated, we reserve the right to decline the product return.
3. If there is any cosmetic scratch problem, please bring device and receipt to nearby dtac Service Center within 10 days from the date of purchase shown on receipt. Device body, packaging and given accessories must be in normal condition. Device must not be turned on, placing SIM card or had used internet. For the device that has been used or activated, we reserve the right to decline the product return.
4. For problems beyond conditions number 2 and 3, please kindly contact Apple Authorized Service Providers (AASP) in Thailand.
4.1 In case of device defects caused from inappropriate usage or out of warranty period, Service Provide can provide repair service with charges. Customers must be responsible for any charges incur on inspection and repair. Service Provider will inform customers on incurring charges prior to repair activities.
4.2 Service Provide is not liable for the loss of data in device’s memory unit in all cases.
5.This product warranty does not cover defects from inappropriate device usage according to device care booklet, all defects that resulting in cracked, chipped or broken LCD screen, water damage for all circumstances, defects from accidents, defects from natural disaster events, defects from severe contacts or device fallen down, defects from alteration, repair or software installing with has no authorized standard from Service Provider, defects from unauthorized accessories, and does not cover on external part damages from crushed, scratched or broken parts in different manners.
6. We recommend customers to keep all receipts for convenient warranty claims in future.
7. This product warranty only applies to dtac online store purchase.
