 1.This iPhone 12 (64GB)  promotion is for individual Postpaid dtac customers.

1.1 Prepaid dtac customers must successfully change to Postpaid package before qualifying for this privilege.

- Device of 18,200 THB with 8,500 THB advanced monthly package payment (excludes VAT 7%) for customers with 2199 THB monthly package. Advanced monthly service fee will be divided into 850 THB monthly discount for 10 months

- Device of 21,200 THB with 5,000 THB advanced monthly package payment (excludes VAT 7%) for customers with 1499 THB monthly package. Advanced monthly service fee will be divided into 500 THB monthly discount for 10 months.

- Device of 22,700 THB with 2,500 THB advanced monthly package payment (excludes VAT 7%) for customers with 1099 THB monthly package. Advanced monthly service fee will be divided into 250 THB monthly discount for 10 months.

- Device of 25,300 THB with 1,500 THB advanced monthly package payment (excludes VAT 7%) for customers with 699 THB monthly package. Advanced monthly service fee will be divided into 150 THB monthly discount for 10 months

4.Postpaid dtac numbers that have other promotional campaigns’ discount device packages, other current binding contracts, other special packages or Multi SIM card VAS are not eligible for this promotional campaign.

5. In case of customers transfer, change or cancel services before mandate expiry date, the Company reserves the right to recall discount amount for 12-month contract as 6,000 THB fine (VAT included)/ for the case that received discount less than aforementioned amount, the Company reserves the right to pose a fine equal to received discount amount.

6.One privilege to one National ID for one device. Privilege is not transferable to others.

7.Certain colors have limited stock and prices may be changed without prior notice, kindly check at your retail locations again.

8. dtac online store reserves the payment to only participating banks’ debit and credit cards. No cash payment is accepted for this campaign.

9. dtac online store reserves the right to cancel/ revoke on fraud purchases without notice or official fraud evidence.

10.If purchased device is found to be defected before usage or unable to be switched on, please notify our staffs immediately or contact nearby dtac Service Center and bring defected device including receipt within 7 days after device receiving date. Defects must not be from usage and under defect guarantee coverage.

11.Aftersales service and product warranty begins from the successful order and payment date, specified in the receipt sent along with devices. Warranty time period and conditions will vary based on device types identified on dtac online store product page. Customers would have read and accepted these details already.

12.The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust this promotion including terms and conditions without prior notice. Such changes will be considered that customers are acknowledged and willing to comply once there is a notification via Service Provider’s website or any other communication channel.

13.Customers are willing for Service Provider [or the Company] to access and analyze recorded personal data given in smart card ID and other information that customers provided, for the purpose of communication business benefits and VAS and promotions. Service Provider or the Company will also be able to reveal, transfer and share customers’ personal data for external agencies both domestic and international for the aforementioned purposes according to dtac website’s Privacy Policy.

14.Customers are willing for Service Provider [or the Company] to contact for promotional campaigns and privileges via customers’ given email address or any other communication channel provided to Service Provider.
