This promotion is for non-dtac network individual customers who wish to switch to dtac Prepaid system from today until 30 Jun 2021 (or until further notice).
- On the date of Network switching customers can choose to activate “dtac SIM Prepaid 0.55 THB/minute for Network-switching customers” or “dtac SIM 0.15 THB/minute for Network-switching customers”. Service rates (excludes VAT) are as the following;
- “dtac SIM Prepaid 0.55 THB/minute for Network-switching customers” service rate
- 1.1 Calls to all Network 0.55 THB/ minute (remaining minute is round up to full minute)
- 1.2 SMS is 3 THB per number (Thai SMS 70 characters/ SMS/ number, Thai and English SMS 70 characters/ SMS/ number, English SMS 160 characters/ SMS/ number. In case of excess character or containing extra symbol in SMS, the character counting might be different depending on system’s technical limitation for SMS sending).
- 1.3 MMS is 3 THB per number
- 1.4 Internet VAS is 1.99 THB per MB
- “dtac SIM 0.15 THB/minute for Network-switching customers” service rate
- 2.1 Calls to all Network 0.15 THB/ minute
- 2.2 SMS is 3 THB per number (Thai SMS 70 characters/ SMS/ number, Thai and English SMS 70 characters/ SMS/ number, English SMS 160 characters/ SMS/ number. In case of excess character or containing extra symbol in SMS, the character counting might be different depending on system’s technical limitation for SMS sending).
- 2.3 MMS is 3 THB per number
- 2.4 Internet VAS is 1.99 THB per MB
- “dtac SIM Prepaid 0.55 THB/minute for Network-switching customers” service rate
- Customers will receive one free extra package VAS upon successful Network switching and top up for 100 THB and above for each month (base on calendar cycle). Service rates are as the following;
- Free calls to all Networks 150 minute/ month for 12 month (maximum 1,800 minutes)
- Free internet 1.5 GB for 30 days for 12 month (maximum 18 GB)
- Numbers applying to free extra package must have at least 1 day usage balance. The privilege will be activated upon confirmation SMS within 24 hours. In the case that usage balance is up before expiry date of the promotion, or no top up for next month cycle, the Company will consider that customers forfeit the privilege received per promotion campaign and the system will calculate service rate according to normal package rates.
- This privilege is not refundable or exchangeable to cash, and not transferable to other individual or juristic person.
